At Haya Malabis, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept eligible return requests under the following conditions:

1. Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the order dispatch date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Charges

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping and delivery charges.

• A 20% deduction from the original product price will apply to cover return and handling costs.

3. Product Condition
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

4. How to Request a Return
Please contact Haya Malabis customer support with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.

5. Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed after deducting the applicable 20% charge and return shipping costs.

6. Important Note
Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Any rights provided to customers under applicable consumer protection laws in the Sultanate of Oman remain unaffected by this policy.

في هيا ملابس، رضا عملائنا يهمنا. نحن نقبل طلبات إرجاع المنتجات المؤهلة وفقًا للشروط التالية:

1. مدة الإرجاع
يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ شحن الطلب. لن يتم قبول الطلبات المقدمة بعد انتهاء هذه المدة.

2. رسوم الإرجاع

• يتحمل العميل جميع تكاليف شحن وإعادة توصيل المنتج.

• يتم خصم 20٪ من سعر المنتج الأصلي لتغطية تكاليف الإرجاع والمناولة.

3. حالة المنتج
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وغير ملبوس، وغير مغسول، وغير تالف، وأن يُعاد في عبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملصقات والإكسسوارات.

4. كيفية طلب الإرجاع
يرجى التواصل مع خدمة عملاء هيا ملابس وتزويدهم برقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع. سيقوم فريقنا بتوضيح خطوات إعادة المنتج.

5. استرداد المبلغ
بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سيتم معالجة المبلغ المستحق للعميل بعد خصم رسوم الإرجاع البالغة 20٪ وتكاليف الشحن والإرجاع.

6. ملاحظة مهمة
تخضع عمليات الإرجاع للفحص والموافقة. ولا تؤثر هذه السياسة على أي حقوق يتمتع بها المستهلك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها في سلطنة عُمان.
